Lead Youth Workers (North Wales and South West Wales), 25-35 hours per week, £27,917 - £31,023 per annum We have two exciting roles available for youth workers to join our team, one covering North Wales and the other South West Wales. Working 25-35 hours a week (flexible with some evenings and 2 Saturdays a month) you will have the opportunity to lead the development, delivery and promotion of the Children and Young People Service across North Wales or South West Wales, whilst also ensuring adopted young people and their families understand how to access adoption support services available. This role involves developing and delivering FASD training, providing direct support to families, line management supervision to volunteers and taking a lead role in facilitating community support services including peer support groups, Advice Line and the establishment of community support groups.
